From power strategy to compute capacity.
Speed to compute depends on more than a power source. PACE aligns generation, fuel, land, water, connectivity, and phased construction around the path to first load.
Plan backward from first load.
PACE evaluates generation, gas delivery, site readiness, water strategy, fiber connectivity, and campus design as connected workstreams. Early coordination gives each phase a clearer route from development to usable capacity.
From resources to a campus plan.
A broader path to power.
Natural gas generation equipment is integral to PACE's campus power strategy. As that capability develops, PACE is also evaluating a dedicated equipment platform to acquire and finance generation assets and facilitate their lease or sale for qualifying third-party projects.
Equipment availability and delivery schedules shape speed to compute. Generation assets may also support asset-based financing and opportunities beyond PACE's own campuses. Any equipment acquisition, financing, lease, or sale would depend on the specific asset, counterparties, and transaction terms.
Capacity with room to grow.
PACE considers first load and long-term expansion together, so early infrastructure decisions support the full campus opportunity.
