Preston Stein is Co-Founder of PACE, where he focuses on legal strategy, commercial structuring, acquisitions, and development execution across energy and AI infrastructure opportunities.
With more than 12 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Preston has worked across prospect generation, A&D, land and legal strategy, contract negotiation, and complex transaction execution, with a particular focus on the Permian Basin.
Preston holds a J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Georgia. His work has centered on advancing projects through the intersection of commercial strategy, legal discipline, and practical execution.
He is especially focused on opportunities involving power, land, water, and large-scale infrastructure development, and on building platforms positioned for the next wave of compute and energy demand.
